After a rebound in the second quarter, on-highway retail sales are now on par with last year's sales, according the quarterly report released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Given that on-highway sales fell 11.2 percent in the first quarter when compared to year-ago levels, Dealernews calculates a 5.7 percent increase in Q2 over sales of the same period last year.
