VALENTINO Rossi will be in a better frame of mind to reclaim the MotoGP crown after coming to an agreement with the tax man.
Seven-time world champion Rossi has agreed to hand over 19 million euros ($30.75 million) in unpaid tax for the years 2001-2004, Italian news agency Ansa reported.
